Saturday, 17 November, 2007 at Dogra Hall, IIT Delhi

The programme is as follows:

5.15 pm: Tea & Snacks

5.45 pm : Songs by the children of Alumni

6:30 pm : NAGME O7

8:30 pm onwards: Dinner

The Team putting together this event has been working very hard. IITDAA is looking for new talent to perform on stage. The alumni, their spouses and kids are welcome to participate

The rehearsals are planned on 28.10.07 & 4.11.07 from 4.00 pm to 6.30 pm at Music Room, RCA. So, please hurry and send your entries right away

2. Reunion balle balle!

IITD Batch of 1979 is celebrating Reuion Balle balle! on November 3, 2007.

We are planning our annual batch reunion on Sat November 3. We will meet over cocktails & Dinner. Just wanted to give you advance notice. While we make the bookings, you block your calendar and make your travel plans. I know Anil Miglani will be visiting Delhi on these days! Just mail in your confirmations! 5. Class of 1983 Reunion

Dear Friends,

A Silver Jubilee Reunion comes once in a lifetime, and for the batch of '83, this is the year when we will come together again. This will be the opportunity to relive the five years of our youth - our formative years - our glorious past. We will not get another chance to meet so many of our batch-mates who were once an indivisible part of our lives. We hope to meet again the many friends of yesteryears and hope to recognize them after 25 years have gone by.

As communicated earlier, the Silver Jubilee Event is being held from the 22-25 December this year, 2007. All 1983 graduates, PGs (BTech, MS, MTech, PhDs, etc) are invited along with their families.

Families are an integral part of this event - they have to see what we have been talking to them about - with their own eyes. You can get your children and spouse to walk the corridors of your hostel and meet with the profs - specially the ones from whom you once kept a long distance. You can take time out to explore the examination halls where you once spent time looking at the ceiling or sideways since the answers to confounding questions were almost always found on other people's scribble sheets. You can do almost whatever you want back at IITD

Please pull in all those with whom you are in touch, help them make up their minds. We need to make the best of this opportunity. The earlier batches enjoyed every bit of their bash and wanted more. Come and let's make this the best bash of our lives.

Most of the details have already been worked out and the program is already sent to you. However, suggestions/ ideas are welcome for any minor changes in the schedule/ events.

6. Get together of IITD 1966 & 1967 batches

X’clusive ’66 / ’67 batch (VINDYACHALs & SHIVALIKs) get together

We are now planning to have a get together (with families-all generations included) exclusively of those who have lived & blossomed together at the two hostels of the period – SHIVALIK & VINDHYACHAL during the years 1961 – 1967.

We will try to locate & invite the faculty of those years. Any one in touch with them (Prof Moore, Indrasen, Jha, Gulati, Subhash etc), please inform their contact details.

As during x-mas period (25 Dec-1^st Jan) most of us can travel to Delhi, the day/date proposed is Saturday 29^th Dec’07.
